  I recently had All Covered Painting paint a mixed use building with 15 apartment units and some ground floor office that I own with some partners in Ballard. I had met Rich, one of the owners of All Covered Painting, several years ago when he was employed with another painting company and they painted a 9 unit apartment building in Queen Anne for us. Not only was he very attentive to my needs as an owner but he was also very considerate of the tenants. I was most impressed with his customer service and attention to detail the first time he painted for me so it was a natural choice to have his new company bid this last job.

  Because I have other partners I felt an obligation to get several bids; of the three he ended up being the middle price. On this last job I met some of Rich’s crew, in particular Manny and Misael and they were both very pleasant as well.
